Do I need to already have a domain or hosting?+
No. If you already own a domain, we connect it. If not, we can help you register one — either way, we handle DNS and hosting so you never have to log into a hosting panel.
Why is the care plan mandatory?+
A site that never gets patched or backed up eventually breaks or gets hacked. The care plan is what lets us guarantee your site stays fast, secure, and online — it's included in every build, not an upsell.
Can I make changes myself after launch?+
Most day-to-day content changes go through us as part of your care plan, so nothing ever gets broken by a bad edit. If you want direct editing access, ask your rep — it depends on your plan.
Is the French version really the same site, or a translation plugin?+
Same site, same content structure, written in both languages from the start — not machine-translated after the fact. That's what actually satisfies Loi 96, not a translate widget.
What happens if I want to cancel?+
Care plans have a minimum term, stated plainly before you sign anything, then run month-to-month. Talk to your rep about what happens to hosting if you cancel.
